Multiplay, the organisers of Insomnia 54 have announced they will host an online qualifier for the G2A.com Counter-Strike Challenge.

Between February 18 to March 11, Multiplay will host an eight-team online qualifier for the G2A.com Counter-Strike Challenge. The G2A.com Counter-Strike Challenge is the £10,000 CS:GO tournament that takes place at i54, April 3rd-6th.

The teams, shown below, have been put into two groups of four teams, these four team will then play a round robin with the top two from each group advancing to the semi-finals, and the two finalists then securing spots in i54’s main CS:GO tournament.

Despite no UK teams having the chance to even compete in this qualifier, the finalists will get free accommodation and transport, as well as the two highest seeds, meaning that they will skip the open bracket straight into the double-elimination upper bracket. PCs and monitors will also be provided for them to use at the event.
