Cloud9 the once great American team who are now struggling since the departure of Sean Gares (their previous ingame leader) have parted ways with Freakazoid.

Freakazoid was previously Cloud9’s entry fragger and muscle who joined the team when they first started their dominant run of form. He will remain contracted to Cloud9 but will not be playing for the team allowing C9 to keep any buyout clause.

The North American organisation will be using adreN as a standin for the mean time but there are rumours that adreN will be brought in as a full time player. adreNs impressive performance at the Major and ingame leading skills are exactly what Cloud9 need to reinvigorate their lineup.
