A Simple Elegant Minecraft House Tutorial

Check out this easy Minecraft house tutorial, follow the easy steps and images to make your very own Minecraft house.

Step 1

Place down 6 stacks of logs (3 block high) (separated by 3 blocks each)

Step 2

Place another set of logs all around the foundation pillars you just built

Step 3

Place 4 stacks of logs (3 blocks high) at each corner

Create a roof outline with logs

Step 5

Create a roof outline with stone stairs & stone blocks. (place 1 block away from wooden logs)

Step 6

Add a bit of depth to your roof with upside down stair blocks

Step 7

Place a line of stair blocks around the two sides of the roof (this will create a framework)

Step 8

Complete the inside section of the roof with wooden stairs and wooden planks

Step 9

Create a Tudor effect walls by using white clay/wool & logs

Step 10

Add some windows to let some light in

Step 11

Create a stairway using stonebricks (extends 3 blocks out from ground floor)

Add in stairs

Step 13

Add a fencepost handrail for decoration

Step 14

Decorate the front and back of the house by adding in a top window & Tudor effect walls.

Step 15

Add in a window for more decoration.

Step 16

Give the roof a more interesting shape by using half slabs and stairblocks.

Step 17

Add a decorative chimney using stone buttons, stonebricks, stone stairs, cobble fence & cobwebs.
