FACEIT, Fragbite and Hitbox Show Match CSGO Predictions – 8/10

Comment

Tonight we see action in the Fragbite Masters Season, FACEIT Season and a Hitbox Showmatch. We had quite a bit of success last night with our predictions apart from one surprise defeat for Epsilon against Alternate aTTax, hopefully we get every game correct tonight.

17:00 fnatic (85%) vs. Property (15%)

Fragbite Masters Season 3

This is a one map game with a team who have won their last five games against a team who have lost their last three. If you know anything about professional Counter Strike you’ll know that fnatic are the team who have won their last five and Property are the team who have lost their last three games, simply because of their reputation. My prediction is a heavy win for fnatic, 16-5. There’s no way Property are up to the high standards of fnatic.

18.15 Epsilon (35%) vs. HellRaisers (65%)

Fragbite Masters Season 3

Another one map map game in the Fragbite Masters season. The last two times these teams played each other HellRaisers won 16-6 and Epsilon won in overtime 31-29. HellRaisers have been on form recently beating Titan and Virtus.Pro whereas Epsilon haven’t been playing well after losing to Alternate and LDLC. I think HellRaisers will win this game, with relative ease, 16-8.

19:00 NiP (40%)vs. HellRaisers (60%)

FACEIT Season 2

This game will be played on Cache however, the Fragbite Masters game could cause HellRaisers to forfeit this game as there will be some cross over in to this match even in the best case scenario. NiP have won four of the last five times these two teams played each other but HellRaisers are playing well recently, HellRaisers recently beat Titan 16-1 on cache. I would recommend against betting on this game as it is highly likely that HellRaisers could forfeit this game, although if they don’t forfeit I think they could possibly take it, 16-13.

20:00 Epsilon (30%) vs. Virtus.Pro (70%)

FACEIT Season 2

Mirage will be the map played in this FACEIT Season 2 game between the French Epsilon team and Virtus.pro. Epsilon are certainly not looking great, they’ve recently been beaten by LDLC, Alternate and dignitas. Whereas Virtus.pro took LDLC to overtime, beat Titan 16-7 and Na`Vi on Dust2. Last time these two teams played the game went to overtime, I don’t think we’ll see another overtime. I think Virtus.pro will win this game quite comfortably with the return of pasza, 16-9 Virtus.pro.

20:00 ESC (45%) vs. dAt (55%)

Hitbox ShowMatch

The first best of three game tonight is a showmatch for Hitbox.tv between ESC and dAt. The last time these two teams played each other ESC won 16-7. dAt have some close games recently, 15-15 with Titan, 14-16 against OverGaming, 11-16 against CPH Wolves, 15-15 with Virtus.Pro. ESC have lost to Titan 16-5 and since then beat some lower level teams. I think that since these two teams played each other dAt have improved a lot and will be able to take this best of three 2-1.

21:00 fnatic (55%) vs. dignitas (45%)

FACEIT Season 2

Inferno will host this game against arguably the best two teams in the world right now. If you only have time to watch one game tonight, watch this one. fnatic have won four out of five times these teams have played each other and fnatic have also won their last five games. dignitas have lost one won four of their last five games. Both teams have beaten Epsilon on Dust2 16-7. This is a tough game to call who will win although there have been talks about dignitas having a stand in for this game which can disrupt their gameplay massively. I think the betting odds will be even for this game so I would bet on fnatic to win 16-12. I think they’ve had a better run of form, won’t have a stand in and have beaten dignitas in the past.

22:00 Titan (40%) vs. LDLC (60%)

FACEIT Season 2

The final game of the night will be played on Overpass between the two top French teams. The last time these teams played against each other Titan won with one of these games going to overtime. However, LDLC are on a winning streak and Titan are on a losing streak. Titan have been beated 16-12, 16-7, 16-11 and 16-1 in their last four games whereas LDLC have won 16-13, 16-11 and 21-16 in the past three games each against dignitas, Epsilon and Virtus.Pro. I think, on this merit alone, LDLC are going to win, just. 16-14 LDLC, they will be fired up and want revenge for Dreamhack Stockholm.
