PGL Season 1 returns with the best of European CS:GO


First up is EU Group A, which includes TSM, Kinguin, Na’Vi and Starting at 18.00 CEST on Wednesday, TSM will face Kinguin, while  Na’Vi will take on Virtus.Pro immediately after. EU Group A will conclude with the BO5 grand final on August 29, but the action doesn’t stop there.

On August 30, the four teams in EU Group B will have get their first shot at a piece of the prize pool. The first match will pit the winner of Mousesports vs Dobry&Gaming* against Fnatic. Following that match, France’s Titan will go up against the Danes from Team Dignitas.

*Due to scheduling conflicts, Team EnVyUs had to withdraw from PGL Season 1.

The Last Chance tournament for the EU groups will take place on September 3-4. The 2nd and 3rd place from each group will be seeded in winner bracket, while the 4th place of each group will be seeded in the loser’s bracket. All matches for the Last Chance will be BO1 with a BO3 Grand Final.

The start of the EU groups will also mark the return of Joona “Natu” Leppanen to the casting desk, who will be joining Matthew “Sadokist” Trivett and Henry “HenryG” Greer for the remainder of this season.

PGL Season 1 will end in style on October 2-4, 2015 when its LAN Finals will be hosted by Grand Cinema & More, one of the biggest digital cinema-theaters in Romania. The tickets have gone on sale today and are available online at and also at the Grand Cinema & More ticket booths inside Baneasa Shopping City.
