Insomnia56 will host the largest selection of eSports tournaments in the festival’s history

Multiplay, organiser of the UK’s largest gaming festival, Insomnia, and subsidiary of GAME Digital plc (“GAME Digital”), the UK’s leading video gaming specialist, today announces its largest ever group of eSports tournaments since Insomnia Gaming Festival’s inception. Insomnia56 will see its biggest eSports crowds yet and the most popular competitive games, as some of the most talented teams go head-to-head on stage, at the NEC Birmingham during 11-14 December.

With Insomnia Gaming Festival fast becoming a cornerstone for major eSports tournaments in the UK, Insomnia56 will host competitions in the impressive eSports Arena at the NEC, from extremely popular titles such as Hearthstone, League of Legends, Call of Duty, Halo 5, Counter Strike and DOTA 2, to newcomers Battleborn and Rocket League.
