From the tweet today by CEVO Spangler we can see that a large group of EU players are up for testing the CS:GO map development for de_tuscan.

de_tuscan was a highly popular remake of de_cpl_mill. in Counter Strike Source and the CS:GO scene have been crying out for more popular competitive maps recently. Hopefully de_tuscan will be the perfect fit and the competitive scene will take over this map as one of it’s favourites, just like in previous versions of the game.
