The ESL One New York event will start on the 30th September behind closed doors and then move to the Barclays Center on the 1st October with a prize pool of $250,000.

The tournament will use a Swiss system, in an eight team group stage the team with the teams that have the same win-loss record will play each other. Teams who get three wins will advance to the single elimination, best of three playoffs. Teams who get three losses will be eliminated.
