100 Thieves returning to Counter-Strike in “full force”

100 Thieves are returning to Counter-Strike once again, the CEO and founder of the company has recently confirmed.

In one of the latest vlogs released through his own Youtube channel, Matthew Haag better known by his online alias ‘Nadeshot’ said “We are going to be in CS:GO, 100 Thieves is coming full force” the video then follows on with the board talking about the potential changes in the franchise system for CS and Rocket League.

In late 2017, 100 Thieves picked up a Brazilian Counter-Strike: Global Offensive squad, it consisted of the core members of Immortals who claimed 2nd at that year’s PGL major. However, due to various setbacks and controversies, the squad eventually parted ways with the organization without having played a single official match.

Now returning to the title, one of the hottest prospects who they could be picking up is the current OpTic squad, whose future is uncertain due to Immortals Gaming Club who bought out OpTic which in turn also own MIBR. Kristian “k0nfig” Wienecke also hinted that his team may have found themselves a new home through his twitter and if that’s the case, it makes a lot of sense with Nadeshots ties to the OpTic brand.
