After an extremely successful first season in ESLs UK CS:GO Community Challenge, ESL have today announced the start of a second season.

The seasonal competition will be in the same format as last season featuring six prized cups, that all lead to one penultimate final which is streamed live from the ESL UK Studio’s.

Each cup, which will qualify teams into the grand final, will feature a £100 winner-takes-all prize pool. The grand final, which will take place over the course of one weekend, will feature a £500 prize pool, distributed to the top three teams.

Each week, the participating teams will earn points in relation to their ranking in the weekly cups. At the end of the cup series, the top eight teams will be invited to the seasonal final, for the chance to win a share of the £500 prize pool.
