France wins The World Championship 2015
Last weekend France managed to win TWC 2015 beating Poland 3-1 in the Grand Final. A big relief for the French line-up knowing that Poland had previously beat them in the group stage of the tournament.
This victory isn’t a big surprise for many people because the French line-up is almost like the old EnvyUs (-kio +apEx) when other country’s struggled to have their best players available for the tournament.

The interest from YouPorn in eSports is not new; they already own a Dota 2 lineup, which they bought in December 2014. As strange as it seems, it shows that the eSports scene is starting to generate interest within companies that aren’t video-game related. Hopefully we see other big companies follow and promote the growth of eSports.
100M$ investment in Virtus Pro
Last on our list is probably the biggest news of the week. USM Holdings, a investor company led by Alisher Usmanov revealed their intentions to invest heavily into eSports.
As encouraging as it is, a few questions need to be answered. Where will this money go? What does it change for the Virtus.pro organisation? Many speculations are flowing through the Internet, but only the facts will answer those questions. We think the money will go in to promoting Virtus.pro as more of a media company especially since they have recently bought a dedicated eSports stadium in Moscow. For more information, click here or view some Virtus.pro wallpapers.
Bonus: Play of The Week
